We created a better way to experience pickleball travel.
Come for the pickleball. Stay for the experience. Leave with a community.
We didn’t just create another pickleball trip.
Rally Escapes was born from experience, conversations, and one simple question:
How can we make pickleball travel better for the player?
Our founder, Josalyn King, has been creating travel experiences since 2014. Over the years, she has worked alongside pickleball coaches, clubs, communities, and travelers to bring unforgettable group trips to life in beautiful destinations.
And somewhere along the way, she started noticing a pattern.
Players loved traveling for pickleball. They loved the destinations, the community, and the opportunity to improve their game. But when Josalyn spoke with travelers about their experiences at camps and other pickleball trips, she kept hearing a similar frustration:
There were too many players and not enough meaningful time with the coaches.
Thirty or more players. Two coaches. Limited individual attention.
For travelers who had invested their time and money into becoming better players, Josalyn knew the experience could be different. So she created one.
Josalyn King
Founder & Owner of Rally Escapes
Josalyn has been creating travel experiences since 2014. Her years of working with travelers, pickleball coaches, clubs, resorts, and destination partners shaped the Rally Escapes approach: personal coaching, beautiful destinations, thoughtful planning, and a community that extends beyond the court.
She created Rally Escapes for players who want to improve their game without sacrificing the vacation experience. They should never feel like just another name on a roster.
You should never feel invisible at a pickleball camp.
Josalyn pioneered the Rally Escapes 6:1 player-to-coach model to give players more opportunities to be seen, coached, corrected, encouraged, and challenged.
It creates space for coaches to learn your game. They can notice the shot you keep missing, explain the strategy behind the point, answer your questions, and give you meaningful attention.
Even as Rally Escapes grows into larger experiences, our commitment to the 6:1 coaching ratio remains part of who we are.
Because bigger should never mean less personal.
Pickleball brings us together. The experience makes us family.
Rally Escapes isn’t only about what happens on the court. We want you to arrive excited about pickleball and leave with new friendships, great memories, and people you’re already talking about traveling with again.
From organized play and coaching to welcome experiences, group dinners, resort time, laughter, celebrations, and unexpected moments, every Rally Escape is intentionally designed to help people connect.
You won’t experience Rally Escapes alone.
And yes… we like nice things.
Josalyn loves to travel well, and that standard carries into Rally Escapes.
We believe improving your pickleball game and enjoying an incredible vacation should exist in the same experience. That means beautiful resorts, exceptional surroundings, great food, memorable destinations, time to relax, and accommodations worthy of the trip you’ve been looking forward to.
We’re not interested in sending our travelers somewhere simply because there are pickleball courts. The full travel experience matters too.
Our team works closely with coaches, club partners, resorts, destination partners, transportation providers, and vendors to create Rally Escapes that feel organized, elevated, and worth traveling for.
Because after your time on the court, you should be able to step into a vacation that is nothing short of amazing.
Intentionally different.
Rally Escapes combines Josalyn’s travel-industry experience with years of working alongside pickleball coaches, clubs, and travelers.
For the player who wants to improve their game without sacrificing their vacation.
For the traveler who wants community without getting lost in the crowd.
For the person who believes a pickleball trip can be as much about connection, luxury, laughter, and memories as it is about the game.
Come for the pickleball. Stay for the experience.
Leave with a community. Explore our upcoming Rally Escapes and find the experience that feels right for you.
